评价外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数对吸入性肺炎患者诊断、预后以及指导治疗中的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the value of peripheral blood eosinophil count in diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of aspiration pneumonia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)周围人目击的误吸事件，如家庭成员、护理人员、医务人员或提示误吸事件的因素；（2）急性呼吸道症状和提示存在肺炎的呼吸系统表现，如咳嗽、咳痰、发热、呼吸急促和病理性呼吸音；（3）胸部CT上符合吸入性肺炎的影像学表现。

Inclusion criteria

(1) an aspiration event witnessed by an around person, such as family members, caregivers, and medical staff or factors indicating an aspiration event; (2) acute respiratory symptoms and the presence of respiratory system findings suggestive of pneumonia, such as cough, sputum, fever, tachypnea and pathological respiratory sounds; and (3) compatible radiologic findings of aspiration pneumonia on chest CT.

排除标准：

（1）肺依赖位浸润性病变，无细菌感染征象；（2）确诊为其他疾病（如肺癌、肺结核、哮喘、COPD、支气管扩张、COVID-19）；（3）有实体瘤或血液系统恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性和内分泌失调、寄生虫病和真菌病、过敏性疾病史的患者，既往6个月内接受类固醇治疗的患者，以及正在接受抑制骨髓活性治疗的患者。所有这些临床情况都会影响外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) infiltrative lung lesion in dependent position without bacterial infection signs; (2) confirmation of different diagnosis (eg, lung cancer, tuberculosis, asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, COVID-19); and (3) patients with a history of solid tumors or hematological malignancy, autoimmune and endocrine disorders, parasitic and fungal diseases, allergic disorders and patients received steroids within the previous six months patients, and suffering from disease or receiving therapy that suppresses the bone marrow activity. All these clinical conditions can affect peripheral eosinophil counts.
