研究目的：

探讨“社区老年女性尿失禁复杂干预策略”用于改善社区老年女性尿失禁患者症状和生活质量的可行性和可接受性，并初步探索干预效果。该复杂干预策略以英国医学研究委员会 (MRC) 发布的复杂干预的开发与评价框架为指导，经过小组讨论和专家咨询构建。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the feasibility and acceptability of a complex intervention strategy to improve the symptoms and quality of life of older women with urinary incontinence in the community, and explore of the effectiveness of the intervention strategy preliminarily. The Complex Intervention Strategy was developed through group discussion and expert consultation, guided by the new framework for developing and evaluating complex interventions published by the Medical Research Council (MRC).

纳入标准：

①年龄≥60岁且能自行走入社区活动中心的老年女性；②患有轻度或中度尿失禁3个月以上（国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表得分1-14分者）；③研究对象知情同意，自愿参与，签署同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(i) older women aged ≥60 years and able to walk to the community center; (ii) Suffering from mild or moderate urinary incontinence for more than 3 months (those who scored 1-14 on the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-short form); and (iii) Study subjects gave informed consent, participated voluntarily, and signed a consent form;

排除标准：

①疾病末期，预期生存期≤12个月；②患有痴呆或严重的认知功能明显障碍者；③患有帕金森病及帕金森综合征、癲痫、恶性肿瘤等病史者；④有严重视、听、理解等阻碍研究进行的功能缺陷者；⑤参加其他干预项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

(i) those with terminal disease and expected survival ≤ 12 months; (ii) those with dementia or severe significant cognitive impairment; (iii) those with Parkinson's disease and a history of Parkinson's syndrome, epilepsy, malignancy, etc.; (iv) those with severe functional deficits in vision, hearing, comprehension, etc., that impede the conduct of the study; and (v) those who are participating in other intervention programs.

干预措施：

对照组接受健康宣教。在社区老年活动中心举办尿失禁健康知识讲座；制作分发尿失禁健康教育手册；微信推送尿失禁相关科普文章、短视频。宣教内容包括：尿失禁疾病相关知识：包括老年女性尿失禁患病情况、盆底肌解剖结构、病因、危害、常见症状、诊断标准、认识误区、高危因素的预防、现有治疗方法及其优缺点等；盆底肌锻炼相关知识：包括盆底肌锻炼的方法和益处，以及锻炼过程中可能产生的经济成本。

The control group received health education. A seminar on urinary incontinence will be held in the community activity center for older women; a manual on urinary incontinence health education will be produced and distributed; and articles and short videos on urinary incontinence will be pushed through WeChat. The content of health education includes: knowledge about urinary incontinence which including the prevalence of urinary incontinence in older women, anatomy of the pelvic floor muscles, etiology, hazards, common symptoms, diagnostic criteria, misconceptions, prevention of high-risk factors, and existing treatments and their advantages and disadvantages, etc.; knowledge about pelvic floor muscle exercises which including the methods and benefits of pelvic floor muscle exercises, and the economic costs that may be incurred in the process of exercising.
