研究目的：

（1） 评价“超声定位下经筋推拿结合枕大神经和第三枕神经注射”对颈源性头痛患者的临床疗效。 （2）通过红外热像技术获得“超声定位下经筋推拿结合枕大神经和第三枕神经注射”在颈源性头痛修复中影响软组织温度变化的可靠证据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the effects of Ultrasound Positioned Meridian Tui Na combined with injection of Greater occipital nerve and Third occipital nerve in cervicogenic headache. (2) Reliable evidence of soft tissue temperature changes in cervicogenic headache repair by "ultrasound localization of transverse tendon massage combined with occipital greater nerve and third occipital nerve injection" was obtained by infrared thermography.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合颈源性头痛诊断的患者。 2.受试者年龄在18～65岁之间。 3.自愿受试并签署知情同意书。 4.未参与其他临床试验。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with a diagnosis of cervicogenic headache. 2.Aged between 18 to 65 years. 3.Be volunteer to be tested and sign the informed consent. 4.Not participating in other clinical trials

排除标准：

1.头、颈、肩外伤或感染性皮肤疾病。 2.外伤性头痛、药源性头痛、高血压头痛等其他头痛。 3.影像学存在颅内、外器质性病变，颈部骨折脱位等。 4.伴有严重心、脑、肺、肾和风湿免疫类疾病。 5.需要长期服用止痛药、镇静安眠药，不能停药者。 6.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Head, neck or shoulder trauma or infectious skin disease. 2.Ather headaches such as traumatic headache, pharmacopeia headache and hypertensive headache. 3.Imaging presence of intracranial and extracranial organic lesions, fracture and dislocation of the neck, etc. 4.with severe heart, brain, lung, kidney and rheumatological diseases. 5.People who require long-term painkillers, sedatives and sleeping pills and cannot stop taking them. 6.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
