研究目的：

本研究拟纳入接受VATS肺癌根治术及心外科手术的患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组为远程监护组：采用具有远程监护功能的可穿戴设备远程监护和康复管理系统进行随访、管理；对照组为传统管理组：采用电话、短信、微信等常见社交通讯手段对患者进行随访、管理。通过对患者使用两种健康管理模式，监测两组术后不良事件发生率进行记录分析，同时也对两组患者其他常见并发症，生活质量，并行成本-效益，运动、药物治疗、饮食依从性以及满意度进行比较分析。以期建立远程监护和康复的临床量化评价体系，以此全面评估该项目在中国社会及医疗环境下的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients receiving VATS radical resection of lung cancer and cardiac surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was the remote monitoring group: the remote monitoring and rehabilitation management system with remote monitoring function was adopted for follow-up management; Compared with traditional management group: use the common social communication tools such as telephone,message,WeChat for follow-up and management of patients.By using two kinds of health management mode on the patients to monitor and analyze the incidence of adverse events,and to analyze other common complications in patients of two groups, the quality of life, cost-benefit, exercise,drug therapy,dietary compliance and the extent of satisfaction,we expect to establish a clinical quantitative evaluation system for remote monitoring and rehabilitation, so as to comprehensively evaluate the feasibility of the program in Chinese social and medical environment.

纳入标准：

1.2020 年 7月至 2022 年 6 月期间在复旦大学附属中山医院心外科接受冠脉搭桥（CABG）术、瓣膜置换术及主动脉手术患者 500 例 2020 年 7月至 2022 年 6 月期间在复旦大学附属华东医院胸外科接受 VATS肺癌根治术VATS 食管癌根治术者 500 例 2.能够在工作人员指导下学会使用具有远程监护功能的可穿戴设备及其个人移动终端文化程度在初中及以上者优选 3.年龄、性别均不限 4.知情同意，自愿参加本项目研究

Inclusion criteria

1. From July 2020 to June 2022, 500 patients underwent coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) valve replacement and aortic surgery in The Department of Cardiology, Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University
From July 2020 to June 2022, 500 patients received VATS radical resection for lung cancer and esophageal cancer in The Department of Thoracic Surgery, Huadong Hospital affiliated to Fudan University
2. Be able to learn how to use wearable devices with remote monitoring function and personal mobile terminals under the guidance of the staff. Education level in junior high school or above is preferred
3. Age and gender are not limited
4. Voluntarily participate in this project with informed consent

随机信封法。由一名独立于本临床试验的统计师采用excel，按照试验组与对照组 1:1 的比例生成随机数表。按随机顺序将写有分组信息的纸条装入不透光的信封。研究者在核实入选、排除标准后将受试者基本信息（首字母、年龄、性别、筛选号等）记录完成，根据随机顺序拆开随机信封，即获知该患者被分入试验组还是对照组。

Random envelope method. A statistician independent of the clinical trial used Excel to generate a random number table with a 1:1 ratio between the experimental group and the control group. Put strips of paper with grouping information into opaque envelopes in random order. After verifying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the researchers recorded the basic information of the subjects (initial letter, age, gender, screening number, etc.) and opened the random envelopes in random order to determine whether the patient was assigned to the experimental group or the control group.
