研究目的：

在针刺颈项部腧穴基础上，梳理优化、制定“中枢+外周”整合的针刺治疗方案，并验证其临床有效性；基于fMRI探讨针刺治疗寒地中风后吞咽障碍的神经网络连通机制，以期为针刺临床应用提供理论指导。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of acupuncture at neck acupoints, the acupuncture treatment plan of ' central and peripheral ' integration will be optimized and formulated, and its clinical effectiveness will be verified.Based on fMRI, the neural network connectivity mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke in cold region will be discussed in order to provide theoretical guidance for clinical application of acupuncture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合寒地中风诊断标准，并经颅脑CT或MRI检查证实；
（2）7天≤病史≤3个月，且首次发病；
（3）PSD持续5天以上；
（4）功能性经口摄食量表(FOIS)评估及吞咽造影过程中存在吞咽异常表现；
（5）辅助坐位姿势30Min以上，可配合各项检查与康复训练。

Inclusion criteria

（1） The patient met the diagnostic criteria of cold stroke and was confirmed by brain CT or MRI. ;
（2） The patient 's medical history is 7 days to 3 months, and is the first onset. ;
（3） PSD lasted for more than 5 days ;
（4） The patients have abnormal swallowing during FOIS and VFSS ;
（5） Patients can assist sitting position for more than 30 min, and can cooperate with various examinations and rehabilitation training.

排除标准：

（1）其它神经疾病引起的既往吞咽障碍；
（2）严重认知障碍；
（3）针刺刺激的禁忌症；
（4）心、肺、肝、肾等重要器官疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

（1） Previous dysphagia caused by other neurological diseases ;
（2） Severe cognitive impairment ;
（3） Contraindications of acupuncture stimulation ;
（4） Heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases.
