研究目的：

探讨右美托咪定预防老年患者食管癌根治术后苏醒期躁动的有效性及其对围术期炎症反应的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effecacy of Dexmedetomidine in the prevention of emergence agitation after esophagectomy and observe the role of Dexmedetomidine in inflammation during the perioperative period

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.签署知情同意书；2.择期行食管癌根治术患者,年龄60-75岁；3.ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅲ级

Inclusion criteria

1. Approved by the hospital Ethics Committee and signed informed consent; 2. Patients expected to undergo esophagectomy, aged from 60 to 75 years; 3. American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status from 1 to 3.

排除标准：

1.严重的心、肺、脑、肾等器官功能障碍； 2.严重的心律失常； 3.发生严重过敏； 4.已接受术前放化疗； 5.严重营养不良； 6.术前3周内使用激素类、非甾体类消炎镇痛药； 7.患者拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe functional heart, lung, brain or kidney disease; 2. A history of severe arrhythmia; 3. A history of severe allergy; 4. Preoperative chemoradiotherapy; 5. Severe malnutrition; 6. Perioperative treatment with steroids and/or NSAIDs in 3 weeks; 7. Patient rejection.

麻醉诱导前给予负荷剂量右美托咪定0.4μg/kg（泵注时间15min），然后以 0.1μg/kg/h的速度持续静脉输注至手术结束前 40 分钟
