研究目的：

本研究以经穴情绪释放技术为依据，构建类风湿关节炎恐动症患者的护理干预方案，以期降低类风湿关节炎患者的恐动水平，并改善其负性情绪，使患者获得更好的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study constructed a nursing intervention program for patients with rheumatoid arthritis with kinesiophobia based on the technique of meridian emotional release, in order to reduce the level of fear in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, improve their negative emotions, and enable patients to obtain better treatment outcomes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18 岁；②符合 2010 年美国风湿病学会(American Rheumatism Association, ACR)和欧洲抗风湿联盟(The European League Against Rheumatism, EULAR)共同制定的类风湿关节炎诊断标准；③疾病活动度评分（DSA28）>2.6；④TSK评分>37分；⑤自愿参加，并填写知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age≥ 18 years old; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for rheumatoid arthritis jointly developed by the American Rheumatism Association (ACR) and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) in 2010; (3) Disease activity score (DSA28) >2.6; (4) TSK score >37 points; (5) Voluntarily participate and fill in the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①听力、语言及认知功能障碍，有精神疾病无法配合完成干预者；②穴位敲击处有皮肤破溃、红肿、炎症、软组织损伤者；③关节严重畸形；④合并其他严重躯体疾病者；⑤出现其他免疫系统类疾病者；⑥正在接受其他非药物治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Hearing, language and cognitive dysfunction, mental illness unable to cooperate with the completion of intervention; (2) Those with skin breakage, redness, inflammation, and soft tissue damage at the acupuncture point; (3) Severe joint deformity; (4) Those with other serious physical diseases; (5) Other immune system diseases; (6) Are receiving other non-drug treatments.

严格按照本研究纳入和排除标准，选取类风湿关节炎恐动症患者116 例，按照住院的先后顺序进行编号，采取随机数字表法分为两组，从任意一行任意一列开始向下开始得到116个随机数字，将该数字除以分组数2，求得余数，若能整除，则纳入到观察组，否则纳入到对照组中，最终观察组和对照组各58 例。

In strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study, 116 patients with rheumatoid arthritis dyskinophobia were selected, numbered according to the order of hospitalization, divided into two groups by random number table method, starting from any row and column to get 116 random numbers, dividing the number by the number of groups 2 to obtain the remainder, if it can be divisible, it was included in the observation group, otherwise it was included in the control group, and finally 58 cases in the observation group and the control group.
