研究目的：

探讨血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数(AIP)、甘油三酯葡萄糖指数（TyG）单独及协同作用对急性大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的临床预后的影响，研究其预测价值及预测效能。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of plasma atherogenic index (AIP) and triglyceride glucose index (TyG) alone and synergistically on the clinical prognosis of acute large atherosclerotic cerebral infarction, and to study their predictive value and predictive efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 缺血性卒中，诊断符合中华医学会制定的《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》，且经头颅MRI证实存在新发梗死灶； 2. 年龄≥18岁； 3. 急性起病，发病时间＜72h； 4. 符合TOAST分型中大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死(LAA)诊断标准； 5. 病历资料齐全，实验室检查指标完善，随访资料信息齐全。

Inclusion criteria

1. Ischemic stroke, diagnosed in accordance with the China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 formulated by the Chinese Medical Association, and the presence of new infarcts confirmed by head MRI; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Acute onset, onset time < 72 hours; 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria of large artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction (LAA) in TOAST classification; 5. The medical records are complete, the laboratory inspection indicators are complete, and the follow-up information is complete.

排除标准：

1. 发病时间不确定（＞72h），或入院后急行静脉溶栓、介入治疗患者； 2. 既往颅内动脉主干闭塞致脑梗死病史患者； 3. TOAST分型中其他类型（房颤、血管炎、血管畸形、凝血障碍等）致脑梗死患者； 4. 6个月内出血史或脑出血、消化道出血、脑疝等重症患者； 5. 恶性肿瘤患者； 6. 饮酒、肝炎、脂肪肝、肝硬化或存在肝功、肾功异常患者； 7. 感染性心内膜炎、冠心病及严重心律失常患者； 8. 合并严重的自身免疫性疾病； 9. 支气管哮喘、胰腺炎等非特异性炎症及静脉血栓形成患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncertain onset time (> 72 h), or urgent intravenous thrombolysis and interventional therapy after admission; 2. Patients with a history of cerebral infarction caused by occlusion of the main intracranial artery; 3. Patients with cerebral infarction caused by other types in TOAST classification (atrial fibrillation, vasculitis, vascular malformation, coagulation disorders, etc.); 4. Hemorrhage history within 6 months or severe patients such as cerebral hemorrhage, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, cerebral hernia; 5. Patients with malignant tumors; 6. Patients with alcohol consumption, hepatitis, fatty liver, liver cirrhosis, or abnormal liver and kidney functions; 7. Patients with infective endocarditis, coronary heart disease and severe arrhythmia; 8. Combined with severe autoimmune diseases; 9. Patients with bronchial asthma, pancreatitis and other non-specific inflammation and venous thrombosis.
