研究目的：

采用病例对照的方式，通过多组学分析正常人及甲状腺癌患者手术前后肠道菌群和代谢谱情况，探寻肠道菌群与甲状腺癌发生发展的关联，获得肠道菌群-功能基因-代谢物关联与新的疾病标志物，联合现有甲状腺癌临床诊断指标，提供新的疾病标志物用以辅助诊断甲状腺癌。  

Objectives of Study：

Adopts the case-control method, through the analysis of the multiple omics normal persons and patients with thyroid cancer before and after surgery and intestinal flora metabolism spectrum, explore the occurrence and development of intestinal flora and thyroid cancer association, get the intestinal flora - functional genes - metabolite markers associated with the new disease, combined the existing clinical diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma, To provide new disease markers to assist in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Adopts the case-control method, through the analysis of the multiple omics normal persons and patients with thyroid cancer before and after surgery and intestinal flora metabolism spectrum, explore the occurrence and development of intestinal flora and thyroid cancer association, get the intestinal flora - functional genes - metabolite markers associated with the new disease, combined the existing clinical diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma, To provide new disease markers to assist in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

正常人志愿者：
（1）20-50岁区间内的未患有任何癌症、消化系统及内分泌相关疾病的人；
（2）志愿者知情同意，志愿参与并签署知情同意书。
甲状腺癌志愿者：
（1）首次诊断且病理结果判断为原发性甲状腺乳头状癌；
（2）志愿者入院前均未接受过任何治疗。
（3）患者知情同意，志愿参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Normal volunteers: (1) People aged 20-50 years without any cancer, digestive and endocrine related diseases; (2) Informed consent, volunteer participation and sign the informed consent form. Thyroid Cancer volunteers: (1) Primary papillary thyroid carcinoma was first diagnosed and pathologically determined; (2) None of the volunteers had received any treatment before admission. (3) Patients give informed consent, volunteer and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

（1）志愿者患有除原发性甲状腺癌以外的其他癌症；
（2）志愿者有酗酒或麻醉药滥用、吸毒史、或具有精神病史（如精神分裂症、强迫症、抑郁症）、对抗性格、不良动机、多疑或其他情感或智力问题等可能影响参与此研究的知情有效性的情况；
（3）志愿者有其他内分泌相关疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The volunteers had other cancers other than primary thyroid cancer; (2) The volunteers have a history of alcohol or narcotic abuse, drug use, psychiatric history (such as schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression), confrontational personality, bad motivation, paranoia, or other emotional or intellectual problems that may affect the informed validity of participation in the study; (3) The volunteers had other endocrine related diseases.
