探讨基于咽鼓管周围组织电刺激疗法在分泌性中耳炎治疗中的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the therapeutic effect of electrical stimulation of peri-Eustachian tissue on secretory otitis media.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经检查，患者符合分泌性中耳炎的临床诊断标准； 2.精神、智力以及沟通能力均正常； 3.积极参与本次研究，签署知情同意书; 4.无药物过敏史。

Inclusion criteria

1. After examination, the patient meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for secretory otitis media; 2. Normal mental, intellectual, and communication abilities; 3. Actively participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 4. No history of drug allergy.

排除标准：

1.年龄大于80岁或者小于18岁者； 2.难以通过口服、鼻饲途径给药患者； 3.孕产妇； 4.不适合电刺激疗法者； 5.合并有精神病及严重癫痫者； 6.伴有严重神经系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、感染性疾病、自身免疫缺陷疾病者； 7.治疗中出现病情加重或严重并发症者； 8.鼻咽部占位性病变、鼻咽癌放疗后； 9.各类研究者认为不适合参加研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are over 80 years old or under 18 years old; 2. It is difficult to administer medication to patients through oral or nasal feeding routes; 3. Pregnant and parturient women; 4. Those who are not suitable for electrical stimulation therapy; 5. Patients with concomitant mental illness and severe epilepsy; 6. People with serious nervous system diseases, cardiovascular system diseases, infectious diseases, and autoimmune diseases; 7. Those who experience worsening or serious complications during treatment; 8. Nasopharyngeal space occupying lesions and nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy; 9. Patients who are deemed unsuitable by various researchers to participate in the study.
