研究目的：

目前针刺蝶腭神经节与以卢帕他定为代表的抗组胺药在治疗AR的疗效对比上相关临床研究较少，本研究旨在通过随机对照研究，对收集的AR患者进行对比分析针刺蝶腭神经节和口服卢帕他定治疗AR的疗效差异，为AR患者的治疗提供了确切的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, there are fewer clinical studies related to the comparison of the efficacy of acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion and antihistamine represented by lupatadine in the treatment of AR. The aim of the present study is to compare and analyze the difference in efficacy between acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion and oral lupatadine in the treatment of AR in the collected patients with AR through a randomized controlled study, so as to provide an exact therapeutic option for the treatment of patients with AR.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

(1)年龄在18～65岁之间，性别不限。 (2)符合AR诊断标准。 (3)既往体健，未进行AR相关治疗或已经停止治疗2周以上。 (4)受试者认真阅读知情同意书后愿意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited. (2)Meets the diagnostic criteria for AR. (3) Pre-existing physical fitness, no AR-related treatment or have stopped treatment for more than 2 weeks. (4) Subjects are willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form after carefully reading the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)年龄在18岁以下或65岁以上。 (2)月经期女性、孕妇及哺乳期妇女。 (3)合并哮喘、荨麻疹等其它变态反应性疾病者。 (4)合并有心血管、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病,精神病患者,合并重度鼻息肉、鼻腔肿瘤或鼻腔先天畸形者。 (5)参与试验前2周内接受其它方法治疗者。 (6)研究者认为参与研究的受试者不能配合治疗时。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age under 18 or over 65. (2) Menstruating women, pregnant women and lactating women. (3)Combined with other allergic diseases such as asthma and urticaria. (4)Combined cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases, psychiatric patients, combined with severe nasal polyps, nasal tumors or congenital malformations of the nasal cavity. (5) Those who received other methods of treatment within 2 weeks before participating in the trial. (6) If the investigator believes that the participant is unable to cooperate with the treatment.
