开发并评估一套可与国家基本公共卫生服务相结合的预防老年人跌倒的干预  

Objectives of Study：

To develop and evaluate a falls prevention intervention for older people that can be integrated with The National Essential Public Health Services.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60岁； （2）过去一年有跌倒史； （3）愿意签署知情同意； （4）未来一年居住在本村； （5）能坚持参加项目要求的运动锻炼（每周约为5次，每次约为20-30分钟）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 60 years old; (2) A history of falls in the past year; (3) An agreement to sign informed consent; (4) There will be no community relocation plan within 12 months in the future; (5) Able to participate in sports exercises required by the project.

排除标准：

（1）没有独立的行动能力； （2）不能与研究人员进行正常交流； （3）患有严重疾病或处于疾病急性期。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those without mobility; (2) Unable to communicate with the village doctor and investigators; (3) Any severe physical diseases or in the acute phase of the disease.

干预的主要内容将包括： （1）运动锻炼：共有七个动作，包含有热身运动（两个动作）、上肢运动（一个动作）和下肢肌力及平衡训练（四个动作）。通过集体锻炼与居家锻炼方式相结合，鼓励老年人每周至少参加一次集体锻炼，以及每周至少三次的居家锻炼。 （2）健康教育：主要内容包括运动锻炼动作要点、跌倒预防知识、与跌倒相关的危险因素等，采用海报、宣传手册、视频宣讲等形式，频率每三个月一次。

The main contents of the intervention include: (1) Exercise: It includes seven movements, including warm-up exercises (two movements), upper limb exercises (one movement) and lower limb strength and balance training (four movements). Encourage the elderly to participate in group exercise at least once a week and engage in home exercise at least three times a week through a combination of group and home exercise. (2) Health education: The main contents include exercise essentials, fall prevention knowledge, and risk factors related to falls, which are promoted through posters, brochures, video lectures on a quarterly basis.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集将通过纸质问卷进行，数据采集完毕后将进行电子化录入。所有电子化数据包括电子化的调查问卷数据和实验室检测数据都将被储存于哈尔滨医科大学安全并有密码保护的服务器上；数据将长期保存于哈尔滨医科大学。所有纸质问卷以及知情同意书将被保存在哈尔滨医科大学带锁文件柜中。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection will be carried out through paper-based questionnaires, and will be entered electronically after data collection is completed. All electronic data, including electronic questionnaire data and laboratory test data, will be stored in a safe and password-protected server of Harbin Medical University; the data will be stored in Harbin Medical University for a long time. All paper questionnaires and informed consent forms will be kept in a locked filing cabinet at Harbin Medical University.
