研究目的：

经尿道女性尿道憩室切开术的长期疗效分析。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore a new technique of direct transurethral incision for female urethral diverticula and its outcome with long-term follow-up.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 18岁以上有症状的女性患者；
2. 环状尿道憩室，其开口位于尿道中或近端（膀胱颈与尿道外括约肌之间）。

Inclusion criteria

1. symptomatic female patients over the age of 18;
2. With circumferential UD, UD and its orifice located in middle or proximal of urethra (between bladder neck and urethral extrinsic sphincter).

排除标准：

1. 神经系统疾病；
2. 既往泌尿生殖道手术；
3. 尿道周围腺体感染史；
4. 解剖性膀胱流出道梗阻的证据以及尿道旁病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with nervous system diseases;
2. With previous urogenital surgery;
3. With a history of periurethral gland infection;
4. With evidence of anatomical bladder outflow obstruction or paraurethral lesions.
