研究目的：

1.通过基于网络平台的真实世界病例注册登记研究，进一步明确针刀整体松解术治疗中风后上肢痉挛的有效性和安全性； 2. 通过在治疗结束后设置不同时间节点的随访期，观察针刀整体松解术治疗中风后上肢痉挛的远期疗效； 3. 通过以各结局指标为因变量，结合亚组分析，统计分析针刀整体松解术治疗中风后上肢痉挛的疗效影响因素，如：患者年龄、疾病病程、中风类型、治疗时间点、治疗量以及合并其它治疗等。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Further clarify the effectiveness and safety of needle knife holistic release surgery for treating upper limb spasms after stroke through a real world case registration study based on online platforms; 2. By setting follow-up periods at different time points after the end of treatment, observe the long-term efficacy of needle knife overall release surgery in treating upper limb spasms after stroke; 3. By using each outcome indicator as the dependent variable and combining subgroup analysis, statistical analysis is conducted on the influencing factors of the therapeutic effect of needle knife holistic release surgery on upper limb spasms after stroke, such as patient age, disease course, stroke type, treatment time point, treatment volume, and the combination of other treatments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合中医中风病及西医脑卒中（脑梗死和脑出血）诊断标准； 2.具备上肢偏瘫、肌张力增高等症状，评定标准参照Brunnstrom分期在I～III期，改良 Ashworth 量表属I～IV级； 3.发病满2周，年龄在35～75岁； 4.患者意识清楚，生命体征平稳，病情稳定，且能配合治疗及疗效观察者； 5.患者本人及家属均同意参加本病例注册登记研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in traditional Chinese medicine and stroke in Western medicine (cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage); 2. Having symptoms of upper limb hemiplegia and increased muscle tone, the evaluation criteria are based on Brunnstrom staging in stages I-III, and the modified Ashworth scale belongs to levels I-IV; 3. At least 2 weeks of onset, aged 35-75 years old; 4. Patients with clear awareness, stable vital signs, stable condition, and ability to cooperate with treatment and efficacy observation; 5. Both the patient and their family members agree to participate in this case registration study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.凝血机制异常者； 2.施术部位红肿、灼热或深部脓肿等感染征象； 3.心、脑、肾等脏器衰竭者； 4.合并骨肿瘤、脊柱结核、重度骨质疏松等骨关节疾病患者； 5.合并消化道出血、肝硬化等严重内科疾病患者； 6.合并肺结核、慢性乙肝等传染性疾病患者。 7.合并其他慢性感染患者，合并精神疾病患者等； 8.妇女妊娠期或哺乳期患者不适合相关治疗者； 9.研究者认为不宜参加研究的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with abnormal coagulation mechanisms; 2. Signs of infection such as redness, swelling, burning, or deep abscess at the site of the surgery; 3. Patients with heart, brain, kidney and other organ failure; 4. Patients with bone and joint diseases such as bone tumors, spinal tuberculosis, and severe osteoporosis; 5. Patients with severe internal medicine diseases such as gastrointestinal bleeding and cirrhosis; 6. Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, chronic hepatitis B and other infectious diseases. 7. Merge with other chronic infection patients, merge with mental illness patients, etc; 8. Women who are not suitable for relevant treatment during pregnancy or lactation; 9. Other situations where the researcher deems it inappropriate to participate in the study.
