研究目的：

探讨尿液中β2微球蛋白、a1微球蛋白、a2巨球蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白、微量白蛋白、肌酐、k轻链、λ轻链、纤维蛋白原降解产物、补体C3、转铁蛋白、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M、微量白蛋白/尿肌酐比值等肾损伤标志物对上尿路结石术后并发全身炎症反应综合征和尿脓毒血症的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the predictive value of urinary β2 microglobulin, a1 microglobulin, a2 macroglobulin, retinol-binding protein, microalbumin, creatinine, k light chain, λ light chain, fibrinogen degradation products, complement C3, transferrin, immunoglobulin A, immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin M, microalbumin/urinary creatinine ratio and other markers of renal injury in urine for postoperative complications of systemic inflammatory response syndrome and urinary sepsis in upper urinary tract stones.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 所有患者均经泌尿系CT确诊为肾结石或输尿管结石，年龄18-75岁； 2. 所有患者均为一期清石； 3. 全身炎症反应综合征和脓毒血症诊断标准按照2019年版《中国泌尿外科和男科疾病诊断治疗指南》进行诊断； 4. 所有患者均接受经皮肾镜碎石术或者输尿管硬/软镜碎石术。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients were diagnosed with kidney stones or ureteral stones by urological CT, aged 18-75 years; 2. All patients had stage I stone clearance; 3. Systemic inflammatory response syndrome and sepsis were diagnosed according to the 2019 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Urological and Male Diseases; 4. All patients underwent percutaneous nephrolithotripsy or ureteral hard/soft lithotripsy.

排除标准：

1. 糖尿病肾病、肾病综合征、原发性肾小球肾炎、慢性肾盂肾炎、高血压肾小动脉硬化、继发性肾小球肾炎、肾小管间质病变、遗传性肾脏疾病患者； 2. 合并泌尿系统以外的感染性疾病者； 3. 近半年内服用肾毒性药物或外伤导致肾损伤及其他原因导致全身炎症反应综合征者； 4. 伴有肿瘤、血液性疾病及免疫功能障碍等导致免疫功能减退者； 5. 患者术前一周有发热，近一个月内有留置肾造瘘管或输尿管支架管。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with diabetic nephropathy, nephrotic syndrome, primary glomerulonephritis, chronic pyelonephritis, hypertensive renal arteriosclerosis, secondary glomerulonephritis, tubulointerstitial lesions, and hereditary kidney disease; 2. Patients with infectious diseases other than those of the urinary system; 3. Patients who have taken nephrotoxic drugs or traumatic kidney injury or other causes of systemic inflammatory response syndrome within the past six months; 4. Patients with reduced immune function due to tumors, hematological diseases, and immune dysfunction; 5. Patients with fever in the week prior to surgery or with indwelling nephrostomy tubes or ureteral stent tubes within the last month.
