研究目的：

研究目的旨在是构建和分析冠心病人群焦虑和抑郁的症状网络，分析冠心病患者焦虑和抑郁症状群的核心症状和网络结构特点，以及在纵向时间变化下焦虑和抑郁症状网络的演变规律和焦虑抑郁网络结构随时间变化的稳定性，并探索其与冠心病患者长期生活质量的联系，了解冠心病患者焦虑和抑郁症状周期性变化的机制，为精准化干预提供有效依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of the research is to construct and analyze the symptom network of anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease.We aim to identify the core symptoms and network structure characteristics of anxiety and depression symptom network, and the evolution pattern of anxiety and depression symptoms under the longitudinal time change.To explore the mechanism of cyclical changes of anxiety and depression symptoms in CHD patients provide an effective basis for precise interventions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁的男性或女性 2.调查期间登记入院 3.符合冠心病国际疾病分类（第11版）诊断标准 4.了解研究目的并自愿签署知情同意书的受试者

Inclusion criteria

1. Male or female aged >= 18 years old 2. Registered and admitted to the hospital during the investigation 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases (11th Edition) for coronary heart disease 4. Subjects who understand the purpose of the research and voluntarily sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1.合并恶性肿瘤，严重器官衰竭等身体状况不佳，无法完成问卷的参与者 2.无法理解中文问卷内容 3.既往有抑郁、焦虑或其他精神障碍史

Exclusion criteria：

1.Experiencing a terminal or poor health condition that incapable to finish the questionnaire 2.Incompetent level of Chinese language skills 3.Past history of depression, anxiety or other mental disorders
