研究目的：

（1）依据社会生态系统理论，构建一个以循证为基础的、符合孕产妇需求的母乳喂养促进干预模式并实施； （2）评价基于社会生态系统理论的母乳喂养促进干预模式对6个月纯母乳喂养及母乳喂养时长的效果；对提高产妇母乳喂养态度、知识、自我效能的效果；对改善母婴健康的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To construct an evidence-based, maternal needs-appropriate breastfeeding promotion intervention model based on the society ecosystems theory. (2) To evaluate the effects of this breastfeeding promotion intervention model on exclusive breastfeeding at 6 months and breastfeeding duration; on improving maternal breastfeeding attitudes, knowledge, and self-efficacy; and on improving maternal and infant health.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18~36岁；（2）孕周28~35周；（3）单胎妊娠；（4）具有基本读写能力，沟通交流无障碍；（5）会使用智能手机；（6）孕妇及家属知情同意，自愿参加本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

Women who (1) are aged 18 to 36 years, (2) 28 to 35 weeks of gestation, (3) singleton pregnancy, (4) with basic literacy skills and no barriers to communication, (5) able to use smartphones, (6) informed consent from pregnant women and their families and voluntary participation in this study will be included.

排除标准：

（1）有严重母乳喂养禁忌症，如急性传染病、感染艾滋病、梅毒；（2）乳腺发育不全、乳房手术如缩乳术等；（3）严重精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Women (1) with serious contraindications to breastfeeding, such as acute infectious diseases, infection with AIDS, syphilis; (2) mammary gland insufficiency, breast surgeries such as mastopexy; or (3) with serious mental illness are excluded.
