研究目的：

探索更适合儿童肠道准备的饮食方案  

Objectives of Study：

Explore a diet more suitable for children's bowel preparation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄2～14周岁接受结肠镜检查的患儿； （2）年龄2～14周岁接受结肠镜下治疗的患儿； （3）经患儿家长知情同意并签署知情同意书（包括结肠镜检查知情同意书）

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children aged 2-14 years undergoing colonoscopy; (2) Children aged 2-14 years receiving Colonoscopy therapy; (3) The informed consent form (including the informed consent form for colonoscopy) was signed by the parents of the child.

排除标准：

（1） 消化道出血穿孔；
（2） 严重急性肠道感染；
（3） 中毒性巨结肠；
（4） 有结肠外科手术史；
（5） 有严重的心脏病、糖尿病以及全身性疾病史、因病情需绝对卧床者、严重脊柱畸形者；
（6） 需要紧急结肠镜检；
（7） 已知或怀疑对试验药物成分或其他成分过敏的；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation;
(2) Severe acute intestinal infection;
(3) Toxic megacolon;
(4) Have a history of colon surgery;
(5) Those who have serious heart disease, diabetes and systemic disease history, need to be absolutely bedridden due to illness, and have serious spinal deformity;
(6) Urgent colonoscopy is required;
(7) Known or suspected to be allergic to the ingredients of the test drug or other ingredients;
