研究目的：

脑深部电极植入术( DBS) 已经成为治疗中晚期帕金森病（PD）的有效方法。由于PD患者的特殊性且接受DBS手术的患者多为老年患者，围术期更容易出现应激反应，手术后并发术后疲劳综合征（POFS），临床表现为睡眠障碍、疲劳感强烈以及食欲低下等，不仅会导致患者住院时间延长、医疗消耗增加、就医体验与预后较差，还会加剧社会经济负担，增高术后并发症和死亡率。经皮穴位电刺激（TEAS）以电刺激穴位皮肤代替传统针刺，可以达到镇静镇痛减少术中麻醉药物的使用、缓解术后疲劳、缓解睡眠障碍、提高免疫力等多重效果，已成为围术期重要的医疗措施。 本研究目的是将TEAS作用于行DBS的PD患者，术中持续刺激相应穴位，观察其术中镇静镇痛效果以及对POFS的影响，以期为临床应用TEAS减少行PD患者围术期应激反应、减少术后POFS发生率提供临床参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Deep brain electrode implantation (DBS) has become an effective treatment for intermediate to advanced Parkinson's disease (PD). Due to the special characteristics of PD patients and the fact that most patients undergoing DBS are elderly, they are more prone to stress during the perioperative period and postoperative fatigue syndrome (POFS), which is characterized by sleep disturbance, intense fatigue, and low appetite, will not only lead to prolonged hospitalization, increased medical consumption, poorer medical experience and prognosis, but also increase the socioeconomic burden and increase postoperative complications and mortality. Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS), which replaces traditional acupuncture with electrical stimulation of the skin at acupoints, can achieve multiple effects such as reducing intraoperative anesthetic drugs, relieving postoperative fatigue, alleviating sleep disorders, and improving immunity, and has become an important medical measure in the perioperative period. The purpose of this study is to apply TEAS to PD patients undergoing DBS, and to observe the effect of intraoperative sedation and analgesia and the effect on POFS by continuously stimulating the corresponding acupuncture points intraoperatively, in order to provide a clinical reference for the clinical application of TEAS to reduce the perioperative stress response and the incidence of postoperative POFS in PD patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 择期行DBS或者STN-DBS的PD患者； 2. 年龄在35~75岁，无性别限制； 3. ASA：II-III级； 4. BMI 18.5~29.9 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

1. PD patients with elective DBS or STN-DBS; 2. Age 35-75 years, no gender restriction; 3. ASA: class II-III; 4. BMI 18.5 to 29.9 kg/m2.

排除标准：

1. 重要脏器功能障碍者； 2. 视觉及听觉障碍、医患交流困难，无法配合完成各项功能测定； 3. 拒绝参加本实验研究者； 4. 6个月内有针灸史者； 5. 选定穴位表面皮肤损伤，过敏； 6. 带有心脏起搏器等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Important organ dysfunction; 2. Visual and hearing impairment, doctor-patient communication difficulties, unable to cooperate in the completion of all functional measurements; 3. Refusal to participate in this experimental study; 4. History of acupuncture within 6 months; 5. Skin damage on the surface of selected points, allergies; 6. With pacemakers, etc.
