研究目的：

探究甘氨酸补充3个月对非酒精性脂肪肝的作用  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether glycine supplementation for 3 months could improve NALFD and related metabolic disordes

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）曾经超声诊断有脂肪肝 2）年龄大于30岁小于65岁 3）女性BMI≥23kg/m2且腰围≥80cm，男性BMI≥24kg/m2且腰围≥85cm 4）男性饮酒折合乙醇量小于140 g/周，女性＜70g/周 5）自愿参加，签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1) Previously diagnosed with fatty liver by ultrasound. 2) Age greater than 30 years and less than 65 years. 3) Female BMI ≥ 23 kg/m2 and waist circumference ≥ 80 cm, male BMI ≥ 24 kg/m2 and waist circumference ≥ 85 cm. 4) Male alcohol consumption equivalent to less than 140 g/week of ethanol, female < 70 g/week. 5) Voluntarily participating and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）精神疾病患者； 2）患有其他肝炎疾病，例如病毒性肝炎、药物性肝病、全胃肠外营养、肝豆状核变性、自身免疫性肝病等可导致脂肪肝的特定疾病； 3）怀孕或哺乳; 4）患有糖尿病、心脏病、慢性肾病、癌症或服用激素类药物； 5）过去半年经历过心血管疾病手术 6) 不能保证有时间完整参与本项目者 7) 服用蛋白质类补充剂或其他对糖脂代谢调节作用的营养品或药品 8) 过去3个月体重不稳定（体重变化≥4 kg） 9) 居住地点不固定的人群 10) 低血压患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) With mental illness. 2) Other liver diseases such as viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, total parenteral nutrition, hepatic steatosis, autoimmune liver disease, or specific diseases that can cause fatty liver. 3) Pregnant or breastfeeding. 4) With diabetes, heart disease, chronic kidney disease, cancer, or taking steroid medications. 5) Underwent cardiovascular disease surgery in the past six months. 6) Unable to guarantee full participation in this project due to time constraints. 7)Taking protein supplements or other nutritional products or medications that regulate glucose and lipid metabolism. 8)Unstable weight in the past three months (weight change ≥ 4 kg). 9)Unstable place of residence. 10)patients with low blood pressure
