研究目的：

（1）评估干酪乳杆菌Zhang对中老年人群免疫情况和代谢情况的影响。基于临床指标，多角度评价干酪乳杆菌Zhang对中老年人群免疫和代谢能力稳态的维持效应。 （2）评估干酪乳杆菌Zhang对中老年人群肠道菌群的影响。依据生物信息学，在多组学水平上探讨干酪乳杆菌Zhang对中老年人群肠道菌群多样性和功能的改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the effects of Lactobacillus casei Zhang on immune status and metabolic status of middle-aged and elderly people. Based on clinical indicators, the effects of Lactobacillus casei Zhang on the maintenance of immune and metabolic homeostasis in middle-aged and elderly people were evaluated from multiple perspectives. (2) To evaluate the effects of Lactobacillus casei Zhang on intestinal flora in middle-aged and elderly people. Based on bioinformatics, the improvement effect of Lactobacillus casei Zhang on the diversity and function of intestinal flora in middle-aged and elderly people was studied at multi-omics level.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①通过血清生化检测后，以下生理生化指标至少有一个不符合标准： a.血清中免疫球蛋白IgA处于1.0~4.2 g/L范围； b.血清中免疫球蛋白IgE处于0~360 IU/mL范围； c.血清中免疫球蛋白IgG处于8.6~17.4 g/L范围； d.血清中总胆固醇处于3.1~5.7 mmol/L范围； e.血清中甘油三酯处于0.4~1.7 mmol/L范围； f.血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇处于1.0~1.6 mmol/L范围； g.血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇处于0~3.3.37 mmol/L范围； h.血清中空腹血糖正处于3.9~6.1 mg/L范围; i.嗜酸性粒细胞处于0~0.06; j.嗜碱性粒细胞处于0.02~0.52 ②年龄>50岁的中国人，男女不限 ③签署知情同意书 ④三个月内无抗生素使用情况

Inclusion criteria

① After passing the serum biochemical test, the physiological and biochemical indicators meet the following standards: a. Serum immunoglobulin IgA was in the range of 1.0-4.2 g/L; b. Serum immunoglobulin IgE was in the range of 0~360 IU/mL; c. Serum immunoglobulin IgG was in the range of 8.6~17.4 g/L; d. Serum total cholesterol was in the range of 3.1 to 5.7 mmol/L; e. Serum triglycerides were in the range of 0.4 to 1.7 mmol/L; f. Serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the range of 1.0 to 1.6 mmol/L; g. Serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol was in the range of 0 to 3.3.37 mmol/L; h. The fasting blood glucose in serum was in the range of 3.9~6.1 mg/L; i. eosinophils were 0~0.06; j. basophils were 0.02~0.52 ②Age > 50 years old Chinese, male or female ③ Sign informed consent ④ No antibiotic use within three months

排除标准：

①有结肠癌、乳糜泻及炎症性肠病史及家族史； ②曾经结肠肠镜检查确诊有肠道器质性疾病； ③近期备孕者（包括男性及女性），妊娠或哺乳期妇女； ④对样品或成分过敏者； ⑤近2周内服用过益生菌以及益生菌相关制剂； ⑥近2周服用过抗焦虑、抗抑郁等精神类药物者； ⑦曾确诊为心肌梗死、脑梗死、恶性肿瘤等研究者认为不适合入组的严重疾病； ⑧有重大精神疾患，难以控制自己行动，无法配合的受试者； ⑨不识字，无法理解知情同意，无法自行签署知情同意书的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

① History and family history of colon cancer, celiac disease and inflammatory bowel; ② A colo-colonoscopy has confirmed organic intestinal disease; ③ Recent pregnant women (including men and women), pregnant or lactating women; ④ Allergic to the sample or ingredient; ⑤ have taken probiotics and probiotic-related preparations in the past 2 weeks; ⑥ People who have taken anti-anxiety, anti-depression and other psychiatric drugs in the past 2 weeks; 7 Have been diagnosed with myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, malignant tumor and other serious diseases that researchers believe are not suitable for inclusion; Subjects with major mental disorders, difficulty in controlling their actions, unable to cooperate; ⑨ Subjects who are illiterate, unable to understand informed consent, and unable to sign informed consent by themselves.
