研究目的：

观察星状神经节阻滞是否能够改善脊髓型颈椎病患者的下肢不稳症状。  

Objectives of Study：

Observing whether stellate ganglion block can improve the symptoms of lower limb instability in the patient with cervical spondylotic myelopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 入院诊断为脊髓型颈椎病且下肢步态不稳症状明确。 2. 颅脑MRI平扫提示无明显梗死灶。 3. CT、MRI等检查显示，有颈椎间盘突出导致脊髓受压的迹象。

Inclusion criteria

1. Admitted diagnosis of cervical spondylotic myelopathy with clear symptoms of lower limb gait instability. 2. Brain MRI plain scan indicates no obvious infarction foci. 3. CT, MRI and other examinations show signs of spinal cord compression caused by cervical disc herniation.

排除标准：

1.患者既往脑梗病史并伴有明显共济失调症状。 2.合并截瘫或部分瘫痪、颈椎骨折或脱位、颈椎不稳。 3.伴有明显腰椎退变及腰脊神经压迫症状（下肢疼痛，麻木，无力）。 4. 有明显社会心理疾病，沟通障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has a previous history of cerebral infarction and is accompanied by obvious Ataxia symptoms. 2. Combined with paraplegia or partial paralysis, cervical spine fracture or dislocation, cervical instability. 3. Accompanied with obvious lumbar degeneration and lumbar Spinal nerve compression symptoms (lower limb pain, numbness, weakness). 4. Patients with obvious psychosocial diseases and show communication disorder.
