研究目的：

观察五行音乐联合归肾丸治疗肾虚型PCOS临床疗效，初步探讨五行音乐联合归肾丸通过调节肠道菌群改善肾虚型PCOS患者代谢紊乱，生殖功能障碍和不良心理状态的作用，为临床治疗PCOS提供新的思路，促进中医联合疗法的广泛应用  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuxing Music and Guishen Pill in the treatment of PCOS of kidney deficiency type, and preliminarily explore the effect of Wuxing Music and Guishen Pill in improving the metabolic disorder, reproductive dysfunction and bad psychological state of PCOS patients of kidney deficiency type by regulating Gut microbiota, so as to provide a new way for clinical treatment of PCOS and promote the wide spread of Combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合PCOS西医及中医证型诊断标准中肾虚型PCOS患者；（2）未合并严重心肝肾功及造血系统等严重疾病；（3）病历资料完整；（4）20≤年龄≤40岁；（5）签署知情同意书；（6）1个月内未使用任何可能影响糖脂代谢或肠道菌群的药物及激素类药物

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with kidney deficiency type PCOS who meet the diagnostic criteria for Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome types; (2) Not accompanied by severe diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; (3) The medical record information is complete; (4) 20 ≤ age ≤ 40 years old; (5) Sign an informed consent form; (6) No drugs or hormone drugs that may affect glucose and lipid metabolism or Gut microbiota within 1 month

排除标准：

（1）具有与PCOS相似的内分泌表现的疾病，如高泌乳素血症、卵巢或肾上腺肿瘤、药物性雄激素症、甲状腺功能障碍等；I型或II型糖尿病患者；（2）既往有卵巢手术史者；（3）合并有心血管、肺、肝、肾和造血系统的严重原发性疾病和精神病患者；（4）量表填写要求不符合要求者，或填写资料不完全者；（5）无法合作或不愿意合作者；（6）同时参加其他临床研究，影响本调查结果者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Diseases with endocrine manifestations similar to PCOS, such as hyperprolactinemia, ovarian or adrenal tumors, drug-induced androgen disorders, thyroid dysfunction, etc; Type I or II diabetes patients; (2) Previous history of ovarian surgery; (3) Patients with severe primary diseases and mental illnesses combined with cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, and hematopoietic systems; (4) Those who do not meet the requirements for filling out the scale, or those who fill out incomplete information; (5) Those who are unable or unwilling to cooperate; (6) Those who participate in other clinical studies at the same time and affect the results of this survey.
