研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是筛选老年髋部骨折相关性肺炎的风险因素，并建立90天Nomogram风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to screen risk factors for hip fracture associated pneumonia in the elderly and establish a 90 day Nomogram risk prediction model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准:①年龄≥65岁，男女不限；②受伤2周以内的新鲜骨折；③受伤前患者具有独立行走能力；④受伤之前未处于肺炎状态。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① Age ≥ 65 years old, regardless of gender; ② Fresh fractures within 2 weeks of injury; ③ The patient has the ability to walk independently before the injury; ④ Not in a state of pneumonia before injury.

排除标准：

排除标准:①陈旧性骨折；②病理性骨折；③有危及患者生命的严重基础疾病；④合并髋部骨折的多发骨折；⑤长期口服免疫抑制药物。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① Old fracture; ② Pathological fracture; ③ Serious underlying diseases that endanger the patient's life; ④ Multiple fractures with combined hip fractures; ⑤ Long term oral immunosuppressive drugs.
