研究目的：

通过对比分析基因导向调整降压药组（观察组）和循证医学导向调整降压药组（对照组）的降压疗效差异，探讨高血压药物基因检测的临床应用价值。观察组中所有高血压患者的用药选择均符合常规循证医学推荐及基因导向用药推荐，对照组中所有高血压患者的用药选择符合常规循证医学推荐，但不符合基因导向用药推荐。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical application value of genetic testing of hypertension drugs by comparing and analyzing the difference of anti-hypertensive efficacy between gene-directed adjustment anti-hypertensive drugs group (observation group) and evidence-based medicine guided adjustment anti-hypertensive drugs group (control group). The medication selection of all hypertensive patients in the observation group was in line with the recommendations of conventional evidence-based medicine and gene-directed medication, and the medication selection of all hypertensive patients in the control group was in line with the recommendations of conventional evidence-based medicine, but not gene-directed medication.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>18周岁，性别不限； 2. 原发性高血压；根据中国高血压防治指南（2018年修订版）中血压的测量方法，连续3次非同日坐位SBP≥140mmHg和（或）DBP≥90 mmHg。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age > 18 years old, no gender limit; 2. Essential hypertension; according to the blood pressure measurement method in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension (2018 Revised Edition), SBP >= 140 mmHg and/or DBP >= 90 mmHg in sitting position for 3 consecutive times on different days.

排除标准：

1. 继发性高血压； 2. 急性心脑血管事件发生3个月内； 3. 合并严重心肌病、风湿性心脏病、先天性心脏病和严重肝肾疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary hypertension; 2. Within 3 months of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events; 3. Patients with severe cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease and severe liver and kidney disease.
