研究目的：

研究超声引导下膝关节腔内注射臭氧联合复方当归+维生素B12治疗KOA，抗炎、镇痛和改善关节功能疗效，充分发挥中西医各自的优点，同时避免其缺点。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy of ultrasound-guided intra-articular injection of ozone combined with Compound Angelica sinensis + vitamin B12 in the treatment of KOA, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and improving joint function, so as to give full play to the respective advantages of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and avoid its disadvantages.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合美国风湿病学院推荐的膝关节骨性关节炎临床诊断标准的患者（当病人存在第（1）条即疼痛，同时伴有（2）、（3）、（4）条或伴有（2）、（3）、（5）条或伴有（6）条均可诊断膝关节骨性关节炎）： (1) 1个月来大多数日子膝关节疼痛； (2) 关节活动时有弹响； (3) 膝关节僵硬<30分钟； (4) 年龄>38岁； (5) 膝关节骨肥大伴弹响； (6) 骨肥大不伴弹响。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis recommended by the American College of Rheumatology (when the patient has pain in item (1), is accompanied by items (2), (3), (4) or is accompanied by (2), (3), (5) or accompanied by (6) can be diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis): (1) Pain in the knee joint on most days in a month; (2) There is a snapping sound when the joint is moved; (3) Knee joint stiffness < 30 minutes; (4) Age > 38 years old; (5) Knee hypertrophy with snapping; (6) Bone hypertrophy without snapping.

排除标准：

1. 无法配合评估； 2. 对使用的药物过敏； 3. 合并有急症需紧急救治； 4. 年龄≤38岁； 5. 严重心肺功能不全； 6. 严重肝肾功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to cooperate with the assessment; 2. Hypersensitivity to the drugs used; 3. Combined with emergencies requiring emergency treatment; 4. Age <= 38 years old; 5. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 6. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency.
