研究目的：

评价半夏泻心汤在围手术期结直肠癌患者中应用的临床疗效及安全性，阐明其重塑微生态改善机体肠粘膜屏障和免疫功能的具体途径。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the application of half-summer laxative heart decoction in patients with perioperative colorectal cancer, and to elucidate the specific ways to reshape the microecology and improve the intestinal mucosal barrier and immune function of the body.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄18-75周岁；(2)病理诊断为结直肠恶性肿瘤；(3)计划采用手术进行根治治疗的患者；(4)凡符合西医诊断标准和中医证候诊断标准者，不具备排除标准中任1项，已签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Age 18-75 years;(2)The pathological diagnosis is colorectal malignancy;(3)Patients who plan to undergo surgery for radical treatment;(4)Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine are not eligible for any one of the exclusion criteria and have signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)术中发现无法根治性切除者；(2)有皮肤过敏、皮肤破溃、糖尿病血糖控制不佳者；(3)合并严重的心肝肾等脏器功能障碍者；(4)术前1个月使用过糖皮质激素、抗生素、泻药、肠道菌群调节剂的患者；(5)孕妇及哺乳期产妇；(6)患精神疾病者，或语言交流困难，不能完成本研究者；(7)其他原因不能配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those found to be unable to radically resect during surgery; (2) Those with skin allergies, skin ruptures, and poor blood sugar control of diabetes; (3) Those with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; (4) Patients who have used glucocorticoids, antibiotics, laxatives, and intestinal flora regulators in the first month before surgery; (5) Pregnant and lactating women; (6) Those who suffer from mental illness, or have difficulty communicating with language, and are unable to complete this research; (7) Other reasons can not cooperate with the researcher.
