探寻用富含抗氧化微量元素的混合全谷物对老年患者血糖的控制作用；寻找可评价的多组学生物标志物，解释作用机制，为全谷类食物对血糖的干预提供有效且可行的中国方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of using antioxidant-rich trace element-rich mixed whole grains on glycemic control in elderly patients; search for evaluable multi-group biomarkers to explain the mechanism of action, and provide an effective and feasible Chinese solution for the intervention of whole grains on blood glucose.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

60岁-75岁HbA1C大于7.0%的糖尿病患者。可以接受生活方式干预，配合研究随访，且大部分时间在家就餐者。

Inclusion criteria

Diabetic patients aged 60-75 years with HbA1C > 7.0%. Those who were amenable to lifestyle interventions, cooperated with study follow-up, and who ate most of their meals at home.

排除标准：

1.终末期肿瘤及生命周期小于1年者；2.胃肠功能受损，或患有其它严重慢病、甲亢等代谢性疾者；3.糖尿病病程大于5年；4.使用餐时胰岛素和预混胰岛素；5.BMI大于30kg/m2；6.受试者不能配合研究的实施；7.一直服用微量元素类膳食补充剂。

Exclusion criteria：

1.End-stage tumors and those with a life cycle of less than 1 year;2.Subjects with impaired gastrointestinal function, or other severe chronic diseases, hyperthyroidism and other ;3.Diabetes mellitus of greater than 5 years duration;4.Use of mealtime insulin and premixed insulin;5.BMI> 30 kg/m2;6.Subjects unable to cooperate with the study;7.Have been taking micronutrient-based dietary supplements.
