研究目的：

本研究就多个方面对比上颌窦内提升术和颌窦外提升术,以为临床医生的选择提供依据。拟解决的关键问题包括:① 探究接受了上颌窦内提升和外提升并行同期种植的患者的种植体存留率及植体稳定性。②对比上颌窦内提升和外提升的成骨效果、术后反应、移植物稳定、并发症。③探究影响上颌窦内提升和外提升效果的临床因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This study compares internal maxillary sinus elevation (ISFE) surgery and lateral maxillary sinus elevation (LSFE) surgery in multiple aspects to provide a basis for the selection of clinical doctors. The key issues to be addressed include: ① Exploring the implant retention rate and implant stability of patients who have received LSFE and TSFE. ② Compare the osteogenic effects, postoperative reactions, graft stability, and complications of LSFE and ISFE. ③Explore the clinical factors that affect the effectiveness of LSFE and ISFE.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄超过18岁的患者。 ② 签署知情同意书的患者。 ③ 接受了上颌窦内提升和上颌窦外提升并行同期种植的患者。 ④ 接受ITI骨水平,常规颈植体植入的患者”

Inclusion criteria

① Patients over the age of 18. ② Patients who sign informed consent forms. ③ Patients who received simultaneous implantation of maxillary sinus elevation and maxillary sinus elevation. ④ Patients receiving ITI bone level and conventional cervical implantation

排除标准：

①孕妇和哺乳期患者。 ②患有活动性鼻窦炎患者。 ③服用免疫抑制剂患者。 ④ 未签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pregnant women and lactating patients. ② Patients with active sinusitis. ③ Patients taking immunosuppressive drugs. ④ Patients who have not signed an informed consent form.
