研究目的：

本研究旨获得中国目前 mHSPC 诊疗现状，观察不同治疗方式在 mHSPC 前列腺癌 患者的疗效差异，为转移性前列腺癌的规范化治疗提供可靠的证据。提高医学对基因 检测的认识，通过对中国 mHSPC 患者外周血样本基因检测结果进行分子分型，结合现 有临床评价系统，对其进行精准的预后分层及指导治疗选择。推动转移性前列腺癌个 体化治疗的临床管理进步，提升转移性前列腺癌患者诊疗路径规范化。  

Objectives of Study：

Promote clinical management of individualized treatment of metastatic prostate cancer by collecting genetic testing behavior of doctors for Chinese prostate cancer patient, and improve the standardization of diagnosis and treatment pathway for patients with metastatic prostate cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥18 岁且<75 岁的男性。 (2)经组织学或细胞学确诊为前列腺癌。 (3)东部肿瘤协作组(ECOG)体能状态评分 0-2，预期寿命≥10 年。 (4)无其他肿瘤化疗史，无化疗、内分泌治疗禁忌症。 (5)受试者自愿参加，受试者本人必须签署知情同意书(ICF)，表明其理解本研究 的目的和所需程序，且愿意参加研究。受试者必须愿意并遵守研究方案中规定的禁止 和限制。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Men aged ≥ 18 years and < 75 years.
(2) Histologically or cytologically confirmed prostate cancer;
(3) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score ≤ 1, life expectancy ≥ 10 years;
(4) No other cancer chemotherapy history, no chemotherapy, no endocrine therapy contraindications.
(5) The subjects voluntarily participate, and the subjects themselves must sign the informed consent form (ICF), indicating that they understand the purpose of this study and the required procedures, and are willing to participate in the study. Subjects must be willing and comply with prohibitions and restrictions specified in the study protocol.

排除标准：

(1)前列腺病理学结果为神经内分泌前列腺癌，包括小细胞癌。 (2)有研究者认为不适宜参加本研究的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Prostate pathology shows neuroendocrine prostate cancer, including small cell carcinoma.
(2) Other situations where the investigator considers as inappropriate for the subjects to participate in this study.
