研究目的：

(1)根据海南省糖尿病前期及糖尿病流行病学调查，挖掘糖尿病前期及糖尿病风险因素信息。 (2)根据GWAS研究结果，筛选与糖尿病前期及糖尿病相关的SNP位点。 (3)构建并验证海南省成人糖尿病疾病预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) According to the epidemiological investigation of prediabetes and diabetes in Hainan Province, the information of prediabetes and risk factors of diabetes was excavated. (2) According to the results of GWAS study, the SNP loci related to prediabetes and diabetes were screened. (3) To construct and verify the prediction model of adult diabetes in Hainan province.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)均符合糖尿病前期及2型糖尿病诊断标准；
(2) 年龄 18 周岁以上；
(3) 具备知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)All participants meet the diagnostic criteria of prediabetes and type 2 diabetes;
(2)All participants are over 18 years old;
(3)All participantsthey have informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)有语言认知障碍者；
(2) 合并严重心、肺、肾、肝等功能衰竭；
(3) 有恶性肿瘤者；
(4)数据不完整或分析困难患者。
(5) 经研究医师判断存在任何影响研究依从性的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of language cognitive impairment;
(2) Complicated with severe heart, lung, kidney, liver and other failure Situation;
(3) History of malignant tumor;
(4) Incomplete data or difficulty in analysis
(5) It was judged by the research physician that there was any situation that affected the compliance of the study.
