研究目的：

研究运动对老年人跌倒发生风险、平衡能力、身体成分、肌肉功能、运动表现以及柔韧性等的影响，为运动预防跌倒提供理论基础和新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effects of exercise on fall risk, balance ability, body composition, muscle function, exercise performance and flexibility in the elderly, so as to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for exercise prevention of falls.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60岁，心肺功能正常； （2）在使用或不使用辅助设备的情况下，有行走1或2个街区的能力； （3）由健康护理从业者确定的安全锻炼的能力； （4）自愿参加并签署知情同意书； （5）愿意被随机分配并完成6个月的干预； （6）能够进行双能X射线骨密度吸收仪测试和体适能测试。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥60 years old, normal cardiopulmonary function; (2) The ability to walk 1 or 2 blocks with or without assistive equipment; (3) the ability to exercise safely as determined by a health care practitioner; (4) Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent; (5) Willing to be randomly assigned and complete the intervention for 6 months; (6) Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry test and physical fitness test can be performed.

排除标准：

（1）在过去6个月内参加过规律体育锻炼计划者； （2）神经或精神类疾病、人格、智力障碍，沟通表达能力严重欠缺者； （3）高风险疾病者、特殊疾病者等，或任何其他禁止体育锻炼的医疗条件； （4）体内放置金属支架或起搏器。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have participated in regular physical exercise program in the past 6 months; (2) neurological or mental diseases, personality or intellectual disabilities, and serious lack of communication and expression ability; (3) patients with high-risk diseases, special diseases, etc., or any other medical conditions that prohibit physical exercise; (4) Metal stent or pacemaker is placed in the body.

研究的随机化操作由不参加受试者招募、评估和干预的专人负责：（1）事先拟定研究对象序号；（2）用SPSS 26.0统计软件产生随机化编码；（3）用不透光的信封保存随机分组方案，将信封交给试验研究人员。研究者按受试者的入组顺序依次拆开信封，以信封内的分配方案确定患者的分组情况。

The randomization operation of the study was conducted by persons who did not participate in the recruitment, evaluation and intervention of subjects: (1) the serial number of subjects was prepared in advance; (2) Random coding was generated by SPSS 26.0 statistical software; (3) Keep the randomization scheme in a light-tight envelope and hand the envelope to the experimental researcher. The envelopes were opened one by one according to the order in which subjects were enrolled, and the patients were grouped according to the allocation scheme in the envelopes.
