研究目的：

本研究旨在根据颈动脉较正血流时间对可能存在容量不足的患者提前给予液体干预，观察液体干预是否会降低诱导后低血压的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to give liquid intervention to patients who may have insufficient volume in advance according to carotid corrected flow time, and to observe whether liquid intervention can reduce the incidence of induced Hypotension.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入于我院择期全麻下行腹腔镜胃肠道肿瘤切除术的患者，ASA分级II～III级。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor resection under elective general anesthesia in our hospital, with ASA grades of II-III.

排除标准：

排除心肝脑肺肾及代谢性和中枢神经系统疾病、妊娠、以及已知上述药物过敏者的患者；排除颈动脉搏动不明显，存在解剖异常，无法进行颈动脉超声测量的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with heart, liver, brain, lung, kidney, metabolic and Central nervous system disease, pregnancy, and known Drug allergy; Exclude patients with unclear carotid artery pulsation, anatomical abnormalities, and inability to undergo carotid artery ultrasound measurement.
