研究目的：

研究超声引导下膝关节腔内注射臭氧联合复方当归+维生素B12治疗KOA，抗炎、镇痛和改善关节功能疗效，充分发挥中西医各自的优点，同时避免其缺点。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy of ultrasound-guided intra-articular injection of ozone combined with Compound Angelica sinensis + vitamin B12 in the treatment of KOA, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and improving joint function, so as to give full play to the respective advantages of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and avoid its disadvantages.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合美国风湿病学院推荐的膝关节骨性关节炎临床诊断标准的患者：
① 1个月来大多数日子膝关节疼痛；
② 关节活动时有弹响；
③ 膝关节僵硬<30分钟；
④ 年龄>38岁；
⑤ 膝关节骨肥大伴弹响；
⑥ 骨肥大不伴弹响。
当病人存在第①条即疼痛，同时伴有②、③、④条或伴有②、③、⑤条或伴有⑥条均可诊断膝关节骨性关节炎。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis recommended by the American College of rheumatology:
① Knee pain on most days in the past month;
② Bouncing sound during joint movement;
③ Knee stiffness < 30 minutes;
④ Age > 38;
⑤ Knee joint bone fat with bouncing sound;
⑥ Bone fat without bouncing.
Knee osteoarthritis can be diagnosed when the patient has ① pain, accompanied by ②, ③, ④, ②, ③, ⑤ or ⑥.

排除标准：

① 无法配合评估；
② 对使用的药物过敏；
③ 合并有急症需紧急救治；
④ 年龄≤38岁；
⑤ 严重心肺功能不全；
⑥ 严重肝肾功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

① Unable to cooperate with the assessment;
② Allergic to the drugs used;
③ Emergency treatment is needed in case of emergency;
④ Age ≤ 38 years;
⑤ Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
⑥ Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
