研究目的：

1. 探究急诊科护士心理状况现状以及其影响因素。 2. 探究急诊科护士社交网络的使用现状。 3. 探究社交网络中的社会支持对急诊科护士死亡焦虑的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the current situation of the psychological status of nurses in the emergency department and its influencing factors. 2. Explore the current use of social networks for emergency department nurses. 3. Explore the effects of social support in social networks on death anxiety among emergency department nurses.

纳入标准：

已取得护士职业资格证书、在急诊科从事护理工作的人员（其中包括本科室护士、规培护士、进修护士以及参与急诊专科护士培训的学员）

Inclusion criteria

Those who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of nurses and nursing in the emergency department (including department nurses, training nurses, Nurse in further training, and trainees participating in emergency specialist nurse training)

排除标准：

非急诊科护理工作人员、未取得护士执业资格证书、休假超过三个月、外出学习超过三个月的急诊科护理工作人员。

Exclusion criteria：

Non-emergency department nursing staff, who have not obtained a nurse practitioner qualification certificate, emergency department nursing staff who have taken leave for more than three months or gone out to study for more than three months.
