研究目的：

探究湿热毒蕴证和湿热蕴结证急性痛风性关节炎的生物学特征，包括肠道菌群、代谢组学特征和转录组学特征，为中医学辨证论治提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the biological characteristics of acute gouty arthritis with pattern of dampness-heat toxin amassment and dampness-heat amassment, including intestinal flora, metabolomics and transcriptomics, to provide a theoretical basis for the dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合本病西医诊断标准； 2.符合湿热毒蕴证、湿热蕴结证的诊断标准者； 3.本次就诊为急性起病,病程在72h内; 4.患者自愿接受并配合检查； 5.18≤年龄≤65岁； 6.自愿参与并已签知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic standards of Western medicine for this acute gouty arthritis. 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for humid heat toxicity certificate and humid heat containment certificate. 3. This visit is an acute onset, and the course of the disease is within 72 hours; 4. The patient voluntarily accepts and cooperates with the examination; 5.18≤ Age≤ 65 years old; 6. Patients who have voluntarily participated and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.近1个月内使用过抗生素; 2.近3个月内服用益生菌或益生元等能显著改变肠道菌群的补品； 3.近两周内有腹泻、腹胀、腹痛等肠道相关疾病； 4.合并急性感染及有严重心脑血管疾病及严重肝肾功能损害等; 5.诊断为其他风湿性疾病，包括其他晶体性关节炎、库欣综合征等； 6.有精神疾患或依从性差的患者; 7.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 8.正参加或一个月内参加了其他临床试验的患者; 9.研究者判断患者依从性不好，无法完成试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have used antibiotics within the past month; 2. Patients who take probiotics or prebiotics and other supplements that can significantly change the Gut microbiota in the past three months; 3. Patients who have diarrhea, bloating, abdominal pain, and other intestinal related diseases in the past two weeks; 4. Patients who complicated with acute infection, severe cardio cerebral Vascular disease and severe liver and kidney function damages; 5. Patients who diagnosed as other rheumatic diseases, including other crystalline arthritis, Cushing's syndrome, etc; 6. Patients with Mental disorder or poor compliance; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Patients who are currently participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within a month; 9. Researchers determine that patients have poor compliance and are unable to complete the experiment
