研究目的:

本研究为一项前瞻性临床研究,选择我科收治的拟行Bio-Bentall手术的主动脉根部瘤合并主动脉瓣病变患者25例,通过增加人工血管直径,提高冠状动脉吻合口高度等改良手术策略和方法,术后CT扫描测量冠状动脉吻合口高度、VTC数值,评估改良Bio-Bentall手术降低术后远期生物瓣衰败后行VIV-TAVR冠状动脉阻塞风险的效果。研究目的是建立一套适应VIV-TAVR的Bio-Bentall手术方法和策略,最大限度地提高未来生物瓣衰败后VIV-TAVR的可行性和安全性,降低发生冠状动脉阻塞的风险。  

Objectives of Study:

This study is a prospective clinical study. 25 patients with aortic root aneurysm complicated with aortic valve disease who plan to undergo bio Bentall surgery were selected in our department. Through improving the surgical strategies and methods such as increasing the diameter of artificial blood vessel and increasing the height of coronary artery anastomosis, the height of coronary artery anastomosis and VTC were measured by postoperative CT scanning, To evaluate the effect of modified bio Bentall surgery on reducing the risk of coronary artery occlusion after long-term biological valve decay. The purpose of this study is to establish a set of bio Bentall surgical methods and strategies suitable for viv-tavr, maximize the feasibility and safety of viv-tavr after biological valve decay in the future, and reduce the risk of coronary artery occlusion.

纳入标准:

我科收治的拟行生物瓣Bentall的主动脉根部瘤合并主动脉瓣病变患者,包括单纯生物瓣Bentall或合并其他手术患者。年龄大于50岁,性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with aortic root aneurysm and aortic valve disease who are going to undergo biological valve Bentall in our department, including patients with simple biological valve Bentall or combined with other operations. Aged >=50 years old, regardless of gender.

排除标准:

生物瓣Bentall同期合并冠状动脉旁路移植术患者。

Exclusion criteria:

Bentall bioprosthesis combined with coronary artery bypass grafting.
