研究目的：

1、探究轻度创伤性脑损伤患者入院后即刻、30天血浆IL-1、IL-6、HMGB1、NSE、S100β、Ninjurin1变化； 2、探究轻度创伤性脑损伤患者30天认知功能、脑震荡症状、生活质量、抑郁状态变化；  

Objectives of Study：

1、To investigate the changes of plasma IL-1, IL-6, HMGB1, NSE, S100β and Ninjurin1 in patients with mild traumatic brain injury immediately and 30 days after admission. 2、To explore the changes of cognitive function, concussion symptoms, quality of life and depression status in patients with mild traumatic brain injury within 30 days.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）头面部闭合性外伤<24h； （2）GCS评分13-15分； （3）短暂意识丧失（<30分钟）； （4）意识模糊或创伤后健忘（<24小时）； （5）短暂性局灶性神经功能缺损； （6）年龄≥18岁； （7）头颅CT或MRI检查未见明显出血性病变。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Closed trauma with head and face less than 24 hours; (2) GCS score 13-15; (3) Transient loss of consciousness (<30 minutes); (4) Confusion or post-traumatic amnesia (<24 hours); (5) Transient focal neurological deficits; (6) Age ≥18 years; (7) No obvious hemorrhagic lesions were found in head CT or MRI.

排除标准：

（1）酒精、药物中毒引起的创伤性脑损伤； （2）口服抗凝剂； （3）口服精神类药物； （4）癫痫患者； （5）并发严重感染、免疫抑制剂治疗、多器官功能衰竭、血液系统疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Traumatic brain injury caused by alcohol or drug poisoning; (2) Oral anticoagulants; (3) Oral psychotropic drugs; (4) Patients with epilepsy; (5) Patients complicated with severe infection, immunosuppressive therapy, multiple organ failure, and hematological diseases.

1、研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，采用双人核对的方式录入数据库，之后对数据库进行比对； 2、电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或者记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。
