研究目的：

1.明确脾虚湿困证超重/肥胖人群肠道菌群代谢生物学标志物的特征及其神经递质组分特点； 2.从肠道菌群-神经调控网络角度，初步阐明健脾祛湿针刺法治疗脾虚湿困证超重/肥胖人群的机制； 3.建立脾虚湿困证超重/肥胖人群“肠道菌群-神经调控”特征的队列数据库  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the characteristics of biological markers of intestinal flora metabolism and their neurotransmitter components in overweight/obese people with spleen deficiency and dampness trapped evidence; 2. To elucidate the mechanism of the treatment of overweight/obese people with spleen deficiency and dampness by acupuncture from the perspective of intestinal flora-neural regulatory network; 3. To establish a cohort database on the characteristics of "intestinal flora-neuromodulation" in overweight/obese people with spleen deficiency and dampness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-65岁，男女均可； ②符合超重/肥胖症诊断及脾虚湿困证辨证标准； ③饮食习惯相对稳定，无特别饮食偏嗜者，近5年无严重不良嗜好如长期大量吸烟，酗酒，吸毒等； ④近3个月内未接受过针刺减肥的治疗； ⑤自愿加入并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Age 18-65 years, both men and women; ②Meet the criteria for diagnosis of overweight/obesity and identification of spleen deficiency and dampness; ③ Relatively stable dietary habits, no special dietary predilections, no serious bad habits such as long-term heavy smoking, alcoholism, drug abuse, etc. in the last 5 years; ④ Not having received treatment for weight loss by acupuncture within the last 3 months; ⑤ Voluntarily join and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①合并有急性感染性疾病； ②有严重肝肾功能不全、心脏疾病、呼吸道疾病及恶性肿瘤者； ③既往有糖尿病、慢性肝病、凝血功能障碍等血液系统疾病和急慢性消化道疾病如胃肠道慢性炎症、克罗恩病、胃肠道肿瘤，以及消化道手术史等各种可能导致肠道菌群紊乱的因素； ④正在使用或入组前1个月内曾使用抗生素、缓泻剂、益生菌或益生元制剂等； ⑤合并严重高尿酸血症、高脂血症等代谢性疾病，药物控制不佳的患者； ⑥精神情志类疾病患者、不能配合研究者； ⑦孕妇、妊娠期、围产期、哺乳期妇女、围手术期患者； ⑧平素为易过敏体质，对针具过敏者； ⑨患有皮肤疾病，或研究所需针刺部位存在皮肤破损者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Combined with acute infectious diseases; ② Those with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, heart disease, respiratory disease and malignancy; ③ previous hematologic diseases such as diabetes, chronic liver disease, coagulation disorders and acute and chronic gastrointestinal diseases such as chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, Crohn's disease, gastrointestinal tumors, and history of gastrointestinal surgery and other factors that may lead to disorders of the intestinal flora; ④ using or having used antibiotics, laxatives, probiotics or prebiotic preparations within 1 month before enrollment; ⑤ Patients with combined severe hyperuricemia, hyperlipidemia and other metabolic diseases that are poorly controlled by medications; ⑥ Patients with psycho-emotional disorders and those who cannot cooperate with the study; ⑦Pregnant women, women in pregnancy, perinatal period, lactating women, and perioperative patients; ⑧ Individuals who are usually susceptible to allergies and are allergic to needles; ⑨ Individuals with skin diseases or skin damage at the needling site required for research.
