研究目的：

1.构建基于智能辅助决策系统的“双元主体协作式”居家照护模式。 2.采用随机对照试验评价该照护模式改善居家照护质量、患者的健康状况、生活质量等方面的效果，通过成本-效益分析评价综合干预的效果，从而为进一步开展居家支持性照护服务提供科学依据。 3.将痴呆照护最前沿的方式方法带入患者家庭，提高患者居家照护水平，进而延缓病情进展、降低照护负担开辟一条经济有效的新路径。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct a "dual subject collaborative" home care model based on an intelligent assisted decision-making system. 2. To evaluate the effectiveness of the model in improving the quality of home care, patients' health status and quality of life through a randomized controlled trial, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the comprehensive intervention through a cost-benefit analysis, so as to provide a scientific basis for further development of supportive care services at home. 3. To bring the most cutting-edge methods of dementia care into patients' homes, and to open up a new cost-effective pathway to improve patients' home care, thereby delaying the progression of disease and reducing the burden of care.

纳入标准：

①年龄为 65 岁及以上；②确诊为老年痴呆；③主要照顾者同意参加本研究，具有一定听说读写能力；④未来 1 年内居住在家中，且无搬离现居住地的计划；⑤自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 65 years or older; ② Diagnosed dementia; ③ Primary caregiver agreed to participate in this study and had some ability to hear and read; ④ Living at home in the next 1 year and had no plans to move away from their current residence; ⑤ Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

合并其他严重危及生命的疾病及精神障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

Combination of other serious life-threatening diseases and mental disorders.
