研究目的：

在于探讨不同视神经相关疾病之间视野变化与光学相干断层扫描和光学相干断层扫描血流成像变化异同，分析不同疾病之间视野与OCT/OCTA的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose is to explore the similarities and differences of visual field changes and OCT/OCTA changes among different optic nerve-related diseases, and to analyze the relationship between visual fields and OCT/OCTA among different diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ON：(1)出现急性或亚急性的视力减退,伴或不伴眼球转动疼痛；（2）瞳孔散大，相对性瞳孔传入障碍阳性;(3)视乳头水肿充血或正常；(4)视野缺损情况符合ON的表现;(5)P100潜伏期延长或者振幅相应降低以至不出现相应的波形; (6)不具有导致急性视力下降的视网膜疾病和其他眼部、神经系统疾病的临床和实验室证据。2.NAION: (1)出现中重度的视力下降，常见于中老年患者，可有糖尿病、高血压等心血管疾病；(2)视盘水肿，色淡白；(3)视野可见与生理盲点相连的扇形缺损。3.视神经萎缩：(1)有眼部外伤史，伴有不同程度的视力下降；(2)眼底可见视盘边界清晰或模糊，色淡或苍白；(3)瞳孔散大，对光反射消失或迟钝；(4)VEP检查示P100波潜伏期延长，振幅降低；(5)眼底荧光血管造影检查示视盘低荧光。4. POAG：(1)可有眼胀、虹视、视物模糊；(2)房角开放，IOP大于21mmHg；(3)眼底检查可见视盘损害或RNFL缺损；(4)视野检查可见旁中央暗点、鼻侧阶梯、弓形暗点 、环形暗点、管状视野。

Inclusion criteria

1. ON: (1) Acute or subacute vision loss with or without eye rotation pain; (2) The pupil is dilated, and the relative pupillary afferent disorder is positive; (3) The optic papilla edema is congested or normal; (4) The visual field defect was consistent with ON; (5) P100 latency is prolonged or amplitude is correspondingly reduced so that no corresponding waveform occurs; (6) There is no clinical and laboratory evidence of retinal diseases and other diseases of the eye and nervous system that cause acute visual loss. 2. NAION: (1) moderate to severe visual impairment, which is common in middle-aged and elderly patients, and can have cardiovascular diseases such as diabetes and hypertension; (2) Optic disc edema, pale white; (3) In the visual field, there is a sector defect connected with the physiological blind spot. 3. Optic nerve atrophy: (1) Have a history of ocular trauma, accompanied by varying degrees of visual loss; (2) The optic disc boundary is clear or blurred, pale or pale; (3) Pupils dilate, and light reflex disappears or becomes dull; (4) VEP examination showed that the latency of P100 wave was prolonged and the amplitude was decreased; (5) Fundus fluorescein angiography showed low fluorescence in the optic disc. 4. POAG: (1) There may be eye dilation, iris and blurred vision; (2) The room angle is open, and the IOP is greater than 21mmHg; (3) Fundus examination showed optic disc damage or RNFL defect; (4) Visual field examination showed paracentral scotoma, nasal ladder, arc-shaped scotoma, circular scotoma, and tubular visual field.

排除标准：

(1)诊断不明确的患者；(2)年龄<18岁；(3)球面度数超过-6.00至+6.00（D），散光度>3D；(4)既往眼内手术史或眼外伤史；(5)不可靠的Humphrey 视野检查（假阴性率和假阳性率均＞15%，固视丢失率＞20%。）；(6)模糊的屈光介质的患者，定义为信号强度 <6 或 OCT 扫描质量较差。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with unclear diagnosis; (2) Age<18; (3) Spherical degree exceeds - 6.00 to+6.00 (D), and astigmatism>3D; (4) Previous history of intraocular surgery or eye injury; (5) Unreliable Humphrey perimetry (false negative rate and false positive rate>15%, fixation loss rate>20%); (6) Patients with blurred refractive media are defined as having signal intensity<6 or poor OCT scanning quality.
