研究目的：

本研究旨在通过观察子宫腺肌病患者经微波消融治疗前后子宫内膜容受性及卵巢功能相关指标的变化,探讨微波消融对其的影响,并采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析妊娠结局的影响因素,以期为临床此类患者的治疗提供数据参考,优化治疗策略.  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of microwave ablation on endometrium receptivity and ovarian function indexes of adenomyosis patients before and after microwave ablation, and to analyze the influencing factors of pregnancy outcome by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression, in order to provide data reference for the clinical treatment of these patients and optimize the treatment strategy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经超声及MRI检查诊断为AM;2.伴有AM相关症状,如痛经、月经量过多、经期延长等;3.有安全的经腹壁穿刺路径;4.希望保留子宫,拒绝药物或其他疗法,自愿接受MWA治疗.

Inclusion criteria

1. AM was diagnosed by ultrasound and MRI. 2. Accompanied by AM related symptoms, such as dysmenorrhea, excessive menstruation, prolonged menstruation, etc.; 3. There is a safe puncture path through the abdominal wall; 4. Wish to retain the uterus, refuse medication or other therapies, and voluntarily undergo MWA treatment.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期或哺乳期;2.子宫颈上皮内瘤变III级以上或伴有子宫内膜重度不典型增生;3.未控制的急、慢性盆腔及严重出血;4.严重的心、肺、肝等重要脏器功能障碍者;5.严重促凝血功能障碍.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia above grade III or accompanied by severe endometrial dysplasia; 3. Uncontrolled acute, chronic and severe pelvic bleeding; 4. Severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver and other important organs; 5. Severe procoagulant dysfunction.
