Objectives of Study：

To optimize the segmentation algorithm of eye sign image of TED patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 甲状腺眼病患者：符合甲状腺相关性眼病的诊断标准；能充分理解并自愿签署知情同意书 2: 眼健康志愿者：外眼视诊未见异常（观察眼球与眼眶、眼睑、泪器、结膜、角膜、巩膜、瞳孔）；各方向眼球运动不受限；无眼部外伤史或眼科手术史；无眼眶病史；能充分理解并自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1: diagnosed as TED according to Bartley's criteria;Able to fully understand and voluntarily sign informed consent 2: healthy volunteer:External eye inspection showed no abnormality; Eye movement in all directions is not limited; No history of eye trauma or eye surgery; No orbital disease history; Able to fully understand and voluntarily sign informed consent

排除标准：

TED患者排除标准： 1、无晶体眼。 2、眼周结构异常导致无法配合限位固定的情况。 3、眼球固定，各方向眼球运动绝对受限 4、出现任何医生判断在目前或将来有可能危及患者安全或导致不能成功参与研究的情况（医疗、心理、社会因素）。 眼健康志愿者排除标准： 1、无晶体眼 2、明确的甲状腺疾病史 3、出现任何医生判断在目前或将来有可能危及安全或导致不能成功参与研究的情况（医疗、心理、社会因素）。

Exclusion criteria：

FOR TED patient: 1: Aprystalline eye 2: Eye structure defect in unable to cooperate with a fixed limit 3: Eye fixation, absolute restriction of eye movement in all directions 4: The presence of any conditions (medical, psychological, social factors) that the physician judges to be present or in the future likely to endanger the patient's safety or prevent successful participation in the study FOR healthy volunteer: 5: Aprystalline eye 6: Clear history of thyroid disease 7: The presence of any conditions (medical, psychological, social factors) which, in the physician's judgment, present or future risks to safety or preclude successful participation in the study
