研究目的：

1.通过循证研究，评价不同中医护理干预对癌症患者睡眠质量的干预效果，确定改善癌症患者睡眠质量的最佳中医护理干预措施 2.通过文献回顾、专家咨询构建融合积极心理技术的中医护理干预方案 3.实施和评价干预方案对癌症患者睡眠问题的干预效果  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the effect of different traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the sleep quality of cancer patients through evidence-based research, and to determine the best traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention to improve the sleep quality of cancer patients. 2.To construct an intervention program of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention integrating positive psychological techniques through literature review and expert consultation. 3. To implement and evaluate the intervention effect of the intervention program on the sleep problems of cancer patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.≥18岁； 2.经病理诊断为癌症； 3.患者了解治疗方案； 4.有基本的文字阅读和语言交流能力，能使用手机上网； 5.自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.≥18 years old. 2.Patients diagnosed as cancer by pathology 3.Patients who are aware of treatment options 4.Have basic text reading and verbal communication skills and be able to use mobile phones to surf the Internet 5.Volunteer to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.癌症转移或复发； 2.患者耳部皮肤感染、破损或对胶布过敏的患者； 3.患者参加过或正在参加其它癌症心理干预； 4.患者正在接受中医护理干预； 5.有严重心、肝、肾等并发症或身体功能严重受损者； 6.既往有精神病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cancer metastasis or recurrence 2.Patients with infected or broken skin in the patient's ear or allergy to adhesive tape 3.Patients who have participated or are participating in other cancer psychological interventions 4.Patients who are receiving Chinese medical care interventions 5.Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic or renal complications or severely impaired physical function 6.With previous history of psychiatric disorders

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集在干预前基线（T0）、干预后即刻（T1）、干预后1个月（T2）进行3次问卷填写，每次填写约需30分钟。在T0、T1时通过纸质问卷进行收集，在T2时通过电话、电子问卷的方式进行问卷收集。四组患者分别在T0和T1时使用Fitbit进行客观睡眠参数的测量，每次测量3天。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection was conducted at pre-intervention baseline (T0), immediately post-intervention (T1), and 1-month post-intervention (T2), and took approximately 30 minutes to complete each time. Questionnaires were collected by paper questionnaires at T0 and T1, and by telephone and electronic questionnaires at T2. Objective sleep parameters were measured using Fitbit at T0 and T1 in each of the four groups of patients for 3 days.
