研究目的：

本回顾性临床研究旨在通过临床和放射学研究评估牙周炎与切口设计对种植宏观失败与邻牙近端骨吸收的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This retrospective clinical study aimed to evaluate the effects of periodontitis and incision design on macroscopic implant failure and proximal bone resorption in adjacent teeth through clinical and radiological studies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.双侧邻牙存在，缺牙间隙大于7mm 2.角化龈具有足够宽度（大于3mm） 3.术后随访至少一年

Inclusion criteria

1. Bilateral adjacent teeth exist, and the gap between missing teeth is greater than 7mm 2. The keratinizing gum has sufficient width (greater than 3mm) 3. Postoperative follow-up for at least one year

排除标准：

1.全身系统性疾病（无法控制的糖尿病、免疫系统疾病、放化疗病史等） 2.吸烟大于10/天以及滥用药物和酒精 2.夜磨牙和紧咬牙等口腔功能障碍 3.口腔卫生差（菌斑指数和全口出血评分＞25%） 4.即刻种植或即刻修复 （拔牙术后少于三月） 5.骨增量手术患者（包含自体骨移植或者异体骨移植） 6.于曾发生种植术后感染位点进行重新种植的患者。7. 病历资料不完整或者失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Systemic diseases (uncontrollable diabetes, immune system diseases, history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, etc.) 2. Smoking greater than 10/day and abuse of drugs and alcohol 2. Oral dysfunction such as night molars and clenched teeth 3. Poor oral hygiene (plaque index and full mouth bleeding score>25%) 4. Immediate implantation or immediate repair (less than three months after tooth extraction) 5. Patients undergoing bone augmentation surgery (including autologous bone grafting or allogeneic bone grafting) 6. Patients who have been replanted at the site of infection after implantation. 7. Incomplete medical records.
