研究目的：

建立胰腺癌患者全程管理队列： ① 描述胰腺癌患者疾病、治疗、生存等基线数据； ② 开发验证胰腺癌患者症状与生活质量评价工具； ③ 描述真实世界胰腺癌患者症状及生活质量变化轨迹（trajectory）及患者间差异程度（variation）； ④ 量化患者人口统计学、疾病及治疗相关因素与患者症状及生活质量的关系  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a management cohort of patients with Pancreatic Malignancies. ①Describe the baseline data of disease, treatment, and survival of patients with Pancreatic Malignancies; ② Develop and validate the evaluation tools for symptoms and quality of life of patients with Pancreatic Malignancies.③ Describe the patients' trajectory of symptoms and quality of life in real world. ④ Quantify the correlation between demographics, disease, treatment factors, symptoms and quality of life.

纳入标准：

① 年龄≥18周岁；② 病理学或临床确诊为胰腺癌的患者；③ 能充分理解本研究内容，并有能力遵从研究计划的随访，签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。同时满足以上3项的患者，方可纳入本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥18 years old; ② Patients with pathologically or clinically confirmed pancreatic malignant tumors; ③ Patients can understand the content of this study and have the ability to follow up the study plan, sign the informed consent and volunteer to participate in this study. Patients who meet the above three criteria were eligible for inclusion in this study.

排除标准：

① 年龄＜18岁；② 病理为良性肿瘤；③ 有认知障碍；④ 无法理解或遵守研究程序并签署书面知情同意的患者。凡符合上述任何1条的患者，均予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

① Age < 18 years old; ② Benign tumor was confirmed by pathology; ③ The patient have cognitive impairment; ④ Patients who were unable to understand or comply with the study procedures and signed written informed consent. Patients who meet one of the above three criteria were excluded from the study.
