为提高视频喉镜下气管插管的一次性成功率提供一种新的气管导管预塑型和置入口内送达声门的操作方法  

Objectives of Study：

In order to improve the first pass success of endotracheal intubation under video laryngoscope, a new operation method of premolding endotracheal catheter and delivering glottis through the mouth was provided

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁；ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级；拟在全麻下择期手术需行气管插管的患者

Inclusion criteria

≥18 years old; ASA Ⅰ~Ⅲ; Patients requiring endotracheal intubation for elective surgery under general anesthesia

排除标准：

喉镜置入困难的患者；气管插管禁忌症患者；视频喉镜暴声门失败的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with difficulty in placing laryngoscope; Contraindications for tracheal intubation; Patients with glottis failure by video laryngoscopy
