掌握深圳市居民慢性病及危险因素的流行状况和变化趋势，为确定疾病预防控制优先领域、制定慢性病预防控制策略和措施、评价卫生及相关政策和慢性病防控工作效果提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To master the epidemic status and change trend of chronic diseases and risk factors of residents in Shenzhen. To provide scientific basis for determining priority areas of disease prevention and control, formulating strategies and measures for chronic disease prevention and control, evaluating health and related policies and the effect of chronic disease prevention and control.

纳入标准：

调查对象为调查前12个月内在监测点地区居住6个月及以上的18岁及以上常住居民。

Inclusion criteria

Participants were permanent residents aged 18 years and above who had lived at the monitoring area for 6 months or more in the 12 months prior to the survey.

排除标准：

孕妇、存在认知障碍、严重疾病或残障等可能影响调查情况的居民不纳入调查。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women, residents with cognitive impairment, serious illness or disability that may affect the survey situation are not included in the survey.

采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法选择调查对象，各阶段抽样方法如下： 第一阶段抽样：根据第七次全国人口普查各区人口规模（≤200万人、200万-400万人、＞400万人），分别随机抽取3个、4个、5个街道。 第二阶段抽样：在每个抽中的街道内，采用人口规模排序的系统抽样方法，随机抽取3个社区。 第三阶段抽样：在每个抽中的社区内，采用简单随机抽样方法抽取1个居民小组/网格。 第四阶段抽样：在每个抽中的居民小组/网格中，采用简单随机抽样方法抽取120户，在每个抽中的居民户内，按照KISH表法，随机抽取18岁及以上常住居民1人，填写个人问卷、进行体格检查、采集空腹血样。若抽中的居民无法进行现场调查，则从该居民小组/网格剩余的居民户中进行置换。

The multi-stage stratified random sampling method was adopted to select the survey objects. The sampling methods at each stage were as follows: 1. According to the population size of each district in the seventh national population census (≤2 million people, 2 million to 4 million people, > 4 million people), 3, 4 and 5 streets were randomly selected. 2. 3 communities were randomly selected by using the systematic sampling method in each selected street. 3. In each selected community, a simple random sampling method was used to select 1 resident group. 4. In each sample group, 120 households are selected by simple random sampling method. In each sample household, 1 resident aged 18 or above is randomly selected.
