研究目的：

观察长时间机械通气后，肺泡灌洗液和外周血中的PRDX6蛋白水平、炎症因子含量及氧化应激的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the changes of PRDX6 protein levels, inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in alveolar lavage fluid and peripheral blood after long time mechanical ventilation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄在18-65岁、因各种原因需行长时间机械通气（＞3小时）且通过临床表现、肺部听诊、影像学及血常规检查排除合并肺部及其他脏器或组织感染的患者均可入选。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 18-65 years who require prolonged mechanical ventilation (> 3 hours) for various reasons and who are excluded from lung and other organ or tissue infections through clinical manifestations, pulmonary auscultation, imaging and blood routine examination are eligible for inclusion.

排除标准：

吸烟史、全身炎症性疾病及各种原因导致不能行支气管镜检查和肺泡灌洗术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of smoking, systemic inflammatory disease, or various reasons that preclude bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage.
