研究目的：

本研究以反复种植失败的患者为研究对象，探究电针对FET患者移植前一日子宫血流特征的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we investigated the effect of electro-acupuncture on the uterine blood flow of RIF patients on the day before embryo transfer during FET.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在22-40岁之间，女性；
2.符合反复种植失败诊断标准；
3.有冻存胚胎,拟行FET；
4.采用单纯激素替代方案或GnRH-a降调节激素替代方案行内膜准备的患者；
5.子宫内膜血流分型为II型或I型
6.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Female aged 22-40;
2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of repeated planting failure;
3. There are frozen embryos, and FET is proposed;
4. Patients with endometrial preparation using simple hormone replacement scheme or GnRH-a down-regulation hormone replacement scheme;
5. Endometrial blood flow is classified as type II or type I
6. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.超声检查有未处理明确影响子宫形态的子宫畸形、压迫宫腔的子宫肌瘤，或卵巢囊肿。
2.有明确诊断的自身免疫性疾病或血栓前状态，如系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎等。
3.患有未治愈的内分泌疾病，如甲状腺功能亢进、糖尿病、高血压等；
4.患有明确诊断的内、外科严重原发性或继发性疾病进行期或精神类疾病；
5.患者染色体异常（染色体多态性除外）；
6.既往辅助生殖活产史；
7.有出血倾向以及容易发生感染者，或患有严重过敏性、或皮肤有溃疡、瘢痕等禁止针刺或晕针患者；
8.近三个月接受过针刺治疗患者；
9.正在参与其他临床试验患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ultrasonography showed that there were uterine malformations, uterine fibroids that oppressed the uterine cavity, or ovarian cysts that had not been treated and clearly affected the morphology of the uterus.
2. Autoimmune disease or prethrombotic state with definite diagnosis, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.
3. Have incurable endocrine diseases, such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes, hypertension, etc;
4. Have a definite diagnosis of serious primary or secondary disease or mental illness in internal or surgical department;
5. Patients' chromosome abnormalities (except for chromosome polymorphism);
6. Previous history of assisted reproductive live birth;
7. Patients who are prone to bleeding and infection, or who have severe allergies, or whose skin has ulcers, scars, etc. Needling or fainting is prohibited;
8. Patients who have received acupuncture treatment in recent three months;
9. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
